Since our parents took over the old village guest house in 1985 to turn it into an Inn, we have continually worked on improving it. Our father started from zero, gradually refurbishing it all, with our mother’s help. Dad’s cuisine still pervades our memories, I remember mum’s smile and giggling with Sebastien, when we ran between the tables. We are keeping the adventure going as adults, driven by the same desire to provide the best!
And if, as the Michelin Guide has such a nice way of putting it, “we hold on to visitors from the beginning of the last century”, it’s because we find it difficult to let them leave. Magical moments work in both directions!
Enjoyment cooking is shared in the kitchen, where Sébastien creates fine dishes using exceptional products. He manages to express the best of local produce through a menu that’s continually evolving and uses his creativity to move beyond tradition.

Sébastien’s cuisine is lively, firmly rooted in local produce but always open to the world. He learnt his cuisine from great French chefs, honing it through travel and discoveries.
It is cuisine that’s from the heart, that’s both contemporary and traditional.
Dad passed on to us what it is to enjoy simple things, to know how to appreciate beautiful fruit, the flavours of vegetables and the scent of aromatic herbs.
He cultivated his garden with love for us, going along with what we asked for and what everyone asks for. The taste of good things comes from the quality of the ingredients!
